A culinary delight in Hanoi

Each morning, I was greeted by the aroma of fresh coffee and local pho. The staff's warmth.

I did notice the furnishings were somewhat outdated, and the breakfast options could use a bit more variety to match the really good service.

The room is brand-new, outstanding and has city views. It offers excellent, lovely location. The hotel is 20 mins walk to downtown.

The bathrooms are extremely small.

It was just a good match for a city trip in Hanoi with fantastic value for money. Breakfast had a nice variety of Vietnamese dishes, a pleasant surprise. Try to arrive during the day for easier check-in and transport options.

Spacious room with tea, good air conditioner, as example for VND -2147483648. Very comfortable experience and super-friendly and exceptionally nice staff. Delicious food, terrific service. Wonderful and brilliant location, to the Old Quarter. Based just next door to the West Lake and Tran Quoc Pagoda, the centre and the "HOME " restaurant.

The room was brand-new and airy and included a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control. Generally everything was high quality, even so the bathroom was extremely small. The location was quiet and handy - very close to vegetarian restaurant. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Ba Dinh district...

The staff we met were not outstanding.
